Alas, poor Aloysius, I knew you well. You lived there, in my throat, making it difficult to swallow, making me lightheaded because you were beginning to cut off blood flow to my brain. And yet you persisted. You were a strong fellow, and you deserved a good send-off.

If you're easily sickened by gross medical photos, don't look. If you think it's interesting, go for it! Basically, the tumor (Aloysius) looks like a baby red potato, only with blood on it. It's your call.
